1. General Information

The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), and other applicable legal requirements.

Personal data is processed only when necessary to provide our services, fulfill contractual obligations, or based on your explicit consent.

2. Data Processing via Shopify

Our online shop is operated using Shopify International Ltd., Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland.

Shopify processes, among others, the following personal data:

  • Name, email address, billing and shipping address

  • Payment information (e.g. credit card, PayPal)

  • Order information

  • IP address, browser information, device information

  • Log data (timestamps, visited pages, actions within the shop)

Depending on the processing activity, Shopify stores data in the EU, Canada, or the United States. Any transfer of data to third countries is carried out in compliance with the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses).

3. Invoicing via Sufio

We use Sufio, operated by Sufio s.r.o., for invoice generation.

The following data is processed:

  • Name, billing address, email address

  • Invoice information (products, prices, taxes, payment status)

Data processing is carried out solely to comply with legal accounting and retention obligations.

4. Email Communication & Marketing (Shopify Email)

We use Shopify Email for:

  • Order confirmations

  • Delivery of digital products (e.g. eBooks)

  • Follow-up emails

  • Newsletters and marketing content (with your consent)

Processed data includes:

  • Email address

  • Name

  • Purchase and interaction history

  • Open and click behavior

5. Training Plan Workflow & Health Data

When creating individual training plans, we process the following data only with your explicit consent:

  • Questionnaire responses (e.g. training level, goals, possible health-related information)

  • Appointment and communication data for consultations

Health data pursuant to Art. 9 GDPR is treated with special care, used exclusively for training plan creation, and deleted in accordance with statutory retention periods.

6. Embedded Content (e.g. YouTube)

Our shop and digital products may contain embedded content from YouTube or other third-party providers. When playing such content, the following data may be transmitted:

  • IP address

  • Device information

  • Usage behavior

  • Cookies set by third-party providers

Data processing by YouTube/Google is carried out independently by those providers.

7. Additional Tools & Services

Zoom

We use Zoom for online coaching calls. Data processing is carried out for the purpose of conducting video conferences.

We use Microsoft Forms for questionnaires. Data is used exclusively for coaching and training purposes.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies for:

  • Essential functions (shop functionality, login, shopping cart)

  • Analytics purposes

  • Marketing and personalization (Meta Pixel, Shopify Pixel, etc.)

You can manage or withdraw your cookie consent at any time via your browser settings or the cookie banner.

9. Shopify Pixel

We use the Shopify Pixel to analyze visitor behavior in our shop and improve marketing activities.

Collected data may include:

  • Page views

  • Clicks

  • Orders

  • Device information

  • Browser data

Processing is carried out only after your consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

10. Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland.

The pixel enables:

  • Measurement of advertising effectiveness

  • Creation of targeted advertisements

  • Analysis of user behavior (conversion tracking)

Processed data may include:

  • Visited pages

  • Click events

  • IP address

  • Device and browser information

  • Purchase and conversion data

  • Meta user ID (if logged into Meta services)

Legal basis:
Consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Without consent, the pixel is not loaded.

Third-country transfer:
Data transfer to the United States may occur and is conducted in accordance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
