Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Special Provisions Depending on the Type of Service

1. Personal Training Services

If you have requested that Lani Phen Fitness Coaching begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, you shall pay an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time of withdrawal in relation to the total scope of the contract (§ 356(4) German Civil Code – BGB).

By booking and participating in the first training session, you expressly agree that performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period.

2. Individual Training Plan Creation

For individual training plans, contract performance begins with the delivery of the training plans by email.

If you have expressly agreed that performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged the partial expiration of the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal expires proportionally for the services already provided (§ 356(4) BGB).

3. Digital Content (eBooks)

For contracts concerning digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires completelyonce:

  • performance of the contract has begun,

  • you have expressly agreed that performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period, and

  • you have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins
    (§ 356(5) BGB).
